The Future of Living

It is 2010 already, and you might wonder what this year will bring. As almost everybody you have made a New Year’s resolution, and now try to cling to it. If this resolution was to finally get down with a building project you have been putting off for so long then you might want to know there is someone who has got an extensive experience in the field of construction and who can help you.

MILU Limited has been managing building projects of various sizes for many years, but we take pride in doing it in a manner that is not implemented as a standard procedure on construction market in the UK. Instead of going in to quantity of projects to maximise our turnover we concentrated on delivering quality, instead of jumping from one client to another, we created relationships with our customers.

In November 2008 we were selected as a main construction contractor of a really interesting house in central London. We have identified a huge potential of this house and proposed to the clients further improvement in a form of a fully integrated management system of the entire building. Facilities such as audio/video storage server accessible in every room in the house, a centralised lighting control system, an integrated CCTV etc.  Our clients were really interested in such a modern home improvement and accepted our proposal. This allowed us to create not only stunning interiors but functionality rarely seen.
